Sometimes if I am craving Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips, this does the trick.
-Peel and Slice 1 whole cucumber.
-Toss in Ziplock bag (freezer size works best)
-Add a Teaspoon of olive oil
-Add a Teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
-Salt and Pepper.
Shake, dump, eat. Crisp and tangy.
