Was 2009 good for you? Yes I would say it was probably the best year in the last 5 years. The first year since I graduated from High School that I would say I felt content and happy with myself and my life.
What was your favorite moment of the year? I guess when I realized that I wasnt the person I use to be. That I felt strong with myself and my relationship.
What was your worst moment of the year? A few financial hick-ups were very unfortunate. Making a poor business decision (that turned out ok in the end).
Where were you when 2009 began? At Jenny and Justin’s house, feeling crappy.
Who were you with? Mr. Gaunt and friends.
Where were you when 2009 ended? Jenny and Justins, with Mr. Gaunt and friends feeling sleepy.
Did you keep your new years resolution of 2009? I did, I resolved to stop drinking Pop/Soda.

Did you fall in love in 2009? You know, although I had been dating Mr. Gaunt for two years when 2009 started, I would really say this year we finally learned to really love each other. We found strength in each other, and I found love in myself that I had to have in order to love him. This is the first year that I know we are meant for each other.
Did you make any new friends in 2009? Umm I suppose I made some new co worker friends, and Pro and became much closer this year.
What was your favorite month of 2009? Im going to say August. I was so happy with my life, I was swimming all the time, I had some lovely weeks where I didnt have to work, I was at the farmers market all the time. It was a beautiful month.

Did you travel outside of the US in 2009? I didnt this year.
How many different places did you travel to in 2009? I went to Washington and that about it.
What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2009? Julie and Julia, sigh…its MY movie.
What was your favorite song from 2009? Im gonna have to be a teeny bopper and say that Miley Cyrus’s The Climb was a good one for this year.
Did you have a favorite concert in 2009? I only went to one, I saw Kings of Leon at REd Rocks. Im not a huge concert fan, but this one wasnt too bad.
What was your favorite book in 2009? I love the Twilight books, I also read some great Wally Lamb books.
Did you do anything you are ashamed of this year? hmm. I didnt keep in contact with some friends back home as much as I should. I also went multiple months without talking to my dad which is unfortunate.
What was the biggest lie you told in 2009? I told a lot of lies to people about the success of my Coffee Cart business. It was a very difficult thing, and it was hard ot talk to people about that, so I often said “Its Fine”.
Did you treat somebody badly in 2009? Mr. Gaunts mom and I had a hard few months in 2009.
Did somebody treat you badly in 2009? Same as above, it was hard on both of us.
What was your proudest moment of 2009? Losing over 65 pounds. Finding my happy. Starting this blog. Being a wedding planner.
What was your most embarrassing moment of 2009? umm, probably talking to the world about my weight issue. Also having a failed business.
If you could go back to any moment of 2009 and change something, what would it be? No, I would not change one. Even my job issues, had I not quit Home Depot, started a coffee cart, sold my coffee cart, been unemployed I would not be where I am today.
Where did you work in 2009? I started working as a kitchen designer for the Home Depot, then I quit. Mr. Gaunt and I started our own Coffee cart which didnt prove to financially successful, we sold that. I was unemployed for a month, part time employed as a wedding planner. I got a job at Costco that had a bad schedule, quit that and joined The Home Depot MET team where I am happily employed today.
Favorite TV shows(s) of 2009? Entourage, True Blood, Gilmore Girls.
Favorite Food in 2009? Oh I have made soooo many yummy things!
Favorite Drink in 2009? Izzy Esque and Iced vanilla Lattes!
Favorite Place in 2009? Swimming in the evening with Mr. Gaunt. Washington with my mom and friends.
Favorite person(s) to talk to in 2009? Always my mom.
Favorite trip in 2009? I only went to Washington, and although it was hot, it was still nice.
Favorite stores in 2009? The Farmers Market! and Savers.
Most exciting moment(s) in 2009? losing 65lbs!
Funniest moment(s) in 2009? Hmm, When Mr. Gaunt peed on his foot…last night….lol.
