Well first off I just wanted to show you the weather for this week:
Ok moving on, in the last month I have had at least three requests for an update on Mr. Gaunts weight loss, so here it is! To remind you a little bit about Mr. Guant, he is 28 (29 November 28th) and is a very handsome 6’4″. In May when we started our weight loss plan Mr. Gaunt weighed in somewhere around 312 (yow-za!) with a goal weight of 250 (according to WW for his height he should weigh between 164-205) I think now he would probably like to be more around 225, 164 seems insane and way too skinny! We like a little meat on our men.
So today Mr. Gaunt is floating at 258-260! Thats a 54 lb loss! Yay for him! His eating has done a huge 180! He rarely drinks pop anymore, he tends to do the little crystal light powders or water or Vitamin Water 10. When he goes out to eat with coworkers at lunch he does Subway or Chic-Fil-a (which has very low point whole wheat chicken sandwiches) and no Mcdoanlds, or Bk Lounge! Im so so so proud of him. At home he cooks and eats tons of veggies! He is constantly asking about nutritional information and seems to take that into consideration with everything he puts in his mouth!
Our next big plan is for him to break solidly past the 260’s and rest at 245-250. Im going to reward him (yes he is a bit like a child and loves a “treat”) probably with a video game or maybe some new shoes (he wears a size 14 so we often have to order online). As for clothing he is struggling just like I am in finding things that fit. When we started this he was wearing a 46″ waist and now he is down to a 40″-42″ we would love for him to be at a 38″ just because it gives him more options when shopping.
Ok now on to some pictures!:

So I am just over the moon with how well he has done, he is more handsome today than the day I met him! Love love Love him! Oh and I will keep you updated as he creeps towards 245! Oh and feel free to leave comments for him, I will read them to him.
