Have you tried Kamut pasta? It is amazing, and doesn’t give you that bloated pasta feeling after you eat it. It is super high in fibre, and has an incredibly high protein count. I’ve baked with Kamut flour as well and really enjoyed it! Just a suggestion to add to an already awesome list!

What does “Buy Clean” mean?
“Clean Eating” usually means eating foods with no artificial ingredients.
Awesome list…I’m printing and leaving a copy in my kitchen. I would add dry figs to the snack list because they offer up to 10g of fiber in one serving. Thanks again
Nice grocery list compliation! Just be wary of low-fat foods, typically to make up for the loss in taste they replace it with sugars.

This list is fabulous. It’s inspired me to type this out and create a grocery notepad for myself with little checkboxes so I can quick mark the items I want to buy every week. Keeps me away from the unhealthy foods too!
