Daily Eats – Day 10

Non Fat Greek Yogurt. Lowfat Granola. 16 oz Non fat Vanilla Latte. Stir fry Lean Cuisine.

Dried Date. Veggie Soup. Bagel Thin with a pinch Mozzarella.

No work out for us today. I had a really bad day at work and had to come home and chill out. I felt kind of bad about it, but I ate really well today so I’m not too worried. Back to the gym tomorrow. Some days things don’t go the way you want them to.

  1. I feel you on the rough day!! I weighed in today and was going to go to the gym. Only to have Chris come home and tell me he has to take the next 4 weeks off un-paid. I didn’t eat dinner (but I have lunch for tomorrow). Here’s to hoping tomorrow is a better day for everyone!! šŸ™‚

  2. (I’m not being sarcastic when I say:) That is a great attitude to have- everyone knows things don’t always go as planned. Tomorrow will be better and you are still awesome anyway. Also, you recognized you couldn’t splurge on food because you didn’t work out- super good of you! When I have a bad day all I want to do is eat whatever it is I’m craving.

    • Thanks hil. It’s true I too want a treat on a hard day, luckily I hadn’t had time In the morning to get coffee, so I got it after work! It was nice
