  1. Since you like dates…A yummy smoothy recipe:

    -1 small bag frozen strawberries (Trader Joes Organic)
    – 4 dates
    – almond milk (or whatever milk you like)
    It was so delicious and all natural sugar from the dates. This was for two people. You could halve the recipe if just for one person.
    I don’t know how much almond milk I used. Enough to is was drinkable consistency. I start with about a 1/2 a cup and I just keep adding it slowly.
