Dear Scale,

I hate your freaking guts!

I will not step on you again until Monday morning. DON’T DISAPPOINT ME!

Until then, I will be working out….a lot.

  1. Don’t forget that doing the strength training is going to slow your weight loss. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you might be losing inches but not pounds.

  2. I know. Its true. Trying to avoid the scale. Well actually J hid it from me so I cant even use it. Some might say I got a little over-obsessed.
