Don’t forget that doing the strength training is going to slow your weight loss. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you might be losing inches but not pounds.
I know. Its true. Trying to avoid the scale. Well actually J hid it from me so I cant even use it. Some might say I got a little over-obsessed.
