Lunch: Hoisin Stir Fry

A take off traditional Teriyaki Stir Fry using Garlic Hoisin Sauce, a bag of frozen veggies (Asian style) and shrimp all tossed together with Quinoa. Easy, cheap, yummy. Works for me!
